Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
We supply and despatch our products to customers within South Africa only and to all major cities.
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current. However, we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however, in providing us with such information, you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
We undertake to accept or reject your order within Seven (7) days. If we have not responded to you within Seven (7) days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase; however, the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. The title of the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.
Prior to returning faulty products, you agree to contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to effect the return. In the unlikely event that a product should become faulty during the warranty period, the product may be returned in order to effect repair or replacement. Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days of having received your order on condition that all returned goods are returned in their original packaging, along with all the original contents. All unwanted goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Delivery fees will not be refunded, and the cost of returning the goods will be for your account. The manufacturer or its official distributing agent will, at their sole discretion, determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. Their decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Should a product be found to be faulty (after troubleshooting with us) within seven (7) days of having received your order, samandmolly.co.za will cover the costs for both the collection and return of the product. This is subject to the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determining that the fault can be remedied and honoured under the terms of the warranty. If not, then the costs for the collection and return of the product will be for your account.
When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only, provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.
